Prof Howard Davies
Howard Davies is Associate Dean of the Faculty of Business at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, responsible for Programs and Teaching and Learning. He is also seconded for part of his time to the University Grants Committee of the Hong Kong Government, as Co-convenor of a Task Force on Outcome-based Education. Professor Davies has been in Hong Kong for nearly 20 years. He holds a PhD from the University of Lancaster in the UK and teaches Strategic Management.

Prof Mounir Hamdi
Mounir Hamdi received the B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Louisiana in 1985, and the MS and the PhD degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh in 1987 and 1991, respectively.

Dr Trevor Webb
Dr Trevor Webb has been an Assistant Secretary-General for Quality Assurance in the UGC Secretariat since 2007. His primary responsibility has been to serve as audit co-ordinator for the first three Quality Assurance Council (QAC) quality audits. This has entailed liaison with the institutions, organizing and co-delivering training for the audit panels; giving seminars to institutions on the audit process; and undertaking the arrangements for each audit. The latter has included working with, and supporting, the audit panels; and drafting the QAC audit reports.
